BRAND NEW WITH TAGS TORRID brand black blouse. This is a great tip because it can be worn under a suit & accessorized for the office or dressed down w/a pair of jeans. It’s sleeveless, has a unique v’ed neckline w/a darted detail beneath, a unique gathering at the shoulder area & has a high-low hemline. 24 inches from pit to pit. 27 inches shoulder to the front hem & 32 inches shoulder to the back hemline. A Torrid size 0 & that equates to a size 12. Somehow I feel as if it is a larger fit.
