NWT TCEC pink dress with cute bow detailing at the neckline. It has never been worn, only tried on. I ordered it for a friend's bridal shower but unfortunately it was a little too small in the chest for me! It also has a cute ruffle detail that flares out at the bottom of the dress. Perfect for a formal event to dress up or even wear casual!
