NWT Sz 2X top made by Libian. The colors are aqua blue and light gray. It is a very light weight material that is semi sheer. The sleeves are 3/4 length and the shoulders have gold buttons sewn on them as decoration. Made of 100% rayon. Measurements are 44 inches under the arms, 44 inches around the bottom hem, and 29 inches long.
