NWT Swiss dot and lace flowy dress

This dress has so much going on that pieced together makes such a beautiful dress! 🐚The halter style top part has a lace overlay, and the back has a keyhole opening with a little white button to pin it to the back of your neck. 🐚The sides have a sheer Swiss dot pattern layer in tiny cutouts, and there is crochet detailing across all seams. 🐚The bottom has 2 layers of white fabric to create a flowy circle skirt. Gorgeous and elegant with a touch of cutesy too!
