NWT Dark Navy blue Halter dress Keyhole at the front, with crossing straps. Ruching on both sides, creating a draping effect in front. The fabric has a sheen to it. There is a strip of fabric that acts like a built in bra, so you have the option of going without a bra. I’m 5’1” and usually a size 4 for reference
