NWT Susana Monaco Black and White Print Dress Small

Apparently, this is a floor sample brand new with tags. Retails for $125. Black and white ruffled print with spaghetti straps that are adjustable, pockets, and an elastic waist. It also does not say what type of fabric it is made out of, but it is a very light weight, almost like silk type of material. It is a gorgeous little dress.
