NWT Sugar PIne Lace Circle Dress

BRAND NEW W/TAGS...NEVER WORN. Such a cute, fun and flirty dress. I LOVE the lace up neckline. This dress runs a little on the small size for me since I have broad shoulders - it's just a little too tight in that area. It's such a gorgeous dress I hate seeing it just hanging in my closet not being worn. Lining is light pink...lace is white.
