New with tag Stunning Elie Tahari dress- fully lined with exposed back zipper and back vent. Shoulders have bra snaps. Piping at front turns at sides where there are concealed pockets. Pretty print in shades of blue and black on white- there is also taupe and olive green in pattern at the bottom hem area. 97% Cotton/3% Elastane- lining is 95% Poly/5% Elastane. Length from shoulders- 37”, 1” below armhole is approx. 37”.
