NWT Studio I JC Penny Black Sequined Lined Skirt Size 10

Studio I black skirt with sequined lined irregular cut bottom. Semi-sheer material, semi-sheer liner (approximately 30” length in liner); may want to wear a slip underneath. Pull-on (no zippers/buttons). Fitted feel with a flow and movement at the bottom. Size is 10. Approximate measurements without stretch: inner liner length 30”, length at longest sections 33”, waistline 16” laying flat, hips 20.5” laying flat. NWT condition, extra sequins in attached ziplock bag (see photo).
