NWT Strapless Dress

This super cute mini dress can be worn with a long cardigan or as a swim cover up. It's got a white Aztec print. I bought this but realized it's too small for me in the bust area. New with rope tag still attached but price tag was ripped off. This would best suit someone who's an extra small or has a small chest, A or B.
