Reposhing this item I purchased from @squidwardami. Loved it, but never wore it-so still NWT! Super light weight, flattering and comfortable. I think better suited for someone a little taller than myself (I'm 5'3). I didn't want to alter it and lose the pretty detail at the bottom. My loss your gain! I do think it can fit a Small as well as an XS since its still fits me nicely after gaining some LB's. Bust: 32-34in You can go with the modesty hook or leave open. Waist: 24-28in Hips: pretty open..
