NWT Speechless Juniors Medium Light Silver Beaded Bubble Hem Dress

I see a spot with a little bit of piling as pictured. I see one very tiny discoloration spot that I think would easily come out in the wash, but I don’t want to try since the item still has tags on it. Otherwise in great condition. This is absolutely stunning to wear to a dance, to a formal event, or even a bachelorette party! The straps have pretty twisted details. The jewels in front give a Y2K feel to it. It’s approximately 14.5 inches across the chest with stretch. I am 5’4” and it hits me at the knees when I hold it up to myself.
