NWT Special Occasion Dress

NWT, bought for my daughter and she loved it but decided to wear another dress instead. She tried it on once but never worn. PLEASE NOTE PUT SIZE 6 because my daughter is usually closer to a size 4 depending on the brand. My daughter is approx 5’4 and 125-130 lbs. According to Flora Proms measurements we went with a Size 8 (if you go to their website can check size chart for yourself). Bought for $168 + tax, asking $125.
