NWT Sparkle Sleeveless Party Dress

This fit & flare dress is so cute & fun! The top half is ivory w/ intricate detailing & sparkles! The bottom skirt is black & made up of sheer tulle-like layers that flare out like a tutu! Back zip and eye hook closure. *I got a little blush on it while trying it on. I used oxiclean spray to get it out & don’t see any remnants (see last picture) Size- 11 Bust flat across- 16.5” Waist flat across- 14.5” Length- 34.5” *see picture of tag for material info* Please review all pictures :)
