stasherystyler @okinc10 Hello, as requested Approx. flat lay measurements are armpit to armpit 21 1/2in, length top strap/ bottom hem 23 1/2in. Not sure of shrinkage but material tag does mention to hand wash, reshape and lay flat to dry. Hope this is helpful!
