NWT Sofra Burgundy Wine Capri Plus Size

New with tags. I believe this fits a size 10 or 12 as it fits very snug. I stretched the waist to see how wide it could comfortably fit. Stretched measured 34 inches in circumference. Picture shows it without stretching. BX D 241302
