Thank you for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear the dry cleaners mishandled the cleaning of your beautiful tunic. The instructions do state this is machine washable. Personally, I own many of this style in various colors myself and to best preserve their beautiful look, I prefer to dry clean them. I have however washed the ones I use at home and they are still in beautiful condition!

Hello, I wanted to let you know the sizing is off on the dress I bought from you. A 44 is actually 12. When it fit way too snug on me I found someone who was a 12 and they said it fit perfectly. I know it can be hard when trying to convert sizes and it did say 2X. I'm not upset or anything, I just thought you should know. Thank you!
