NWT Skunkfunk skirt

Never worn new with tags Skunkfunk goth punk shirt. Removeable section that hangs on hips to back with buttons. Lined with zipper closer. Says size 4 but fairly certain it’s a European size. More like a medium with little stretch. Very cool and unique design.
