This dress is so pretty! It’s a stretchy, thicker black material with cute cutouts and a wavy halter neck. It would be perfect for a night out or a birthday dinner with some heels and an updo. The dress is long on me at 5’5”, and the cutouts don’t work for my 36D chest. I’d recommend this dress to someone who is 1) taller with A-C cups 2) committed to a pair of high high heels or 3) willing to shorten the dress! I’ve only worn the dress to try it on, and the tag is still attached.
