Perfect for festivals, concerts or just everyday wear. ❤️True to size -could prob size down or size up one. See pics for measurements :) ❤️IMO Size Large = 10/12 - chose closest Mercari size that matched **100% cotton - tag says color will bleed. I don't think it would but I'd wash it separately once just in case. Doesn't appear to be dyed. **No stains or tears, all fringe is intact
