NWT Simple & elegant black CeCe blouse

NWT black, short sleeved CeCe blouse. Attention to details on the ruffled neckline, pleated sleeves and single covered button on the back. Made from polyester/spandex blend.I included a picture of the same shirt in red so you can seee the style better but I only have black available. It’s a very pretty top but hard to see in a picture.
