Black velvety dress with gold sparkly stripes. Cross cross at bust, banded waist, wrap style skirt. Never worn. 16 inches across chest, 13 inch waist, 16.5 at hips, cups in at hem-13 inches across there. 32 inches long. Fully lined. Looks like the dress Jules wore on the Real Housewives of NYC Reunion. Also great for “Nightmare before Christmas” Halloween costume.
