NWT Shiny Electric Blue ASOS Dress Long Sleeve fitted tight elastic type dress. No lining and definitely meant to fit a 00/XXS to 0/XS Petite and has short sleeves (not meant for long arms), though the tag is US 2/UK 6 Petite Never worn, because it was simply too tight and came with a tiny barely noticeable flaw (pull at collar) look at close up tag photo.
