dluxglamcouture @hildagricky I don't thin it stretches. I'm at work so I may measure when I get home from work. FYI - I am traveling for work tomorrow thru Thursday, so if you need this in a hurry please let me know. I may drop it off at the post office tonite if the item is purchased.
