The color is a crisp dark blue, like in tv shows and movies when the characters are in the woods and it's night and you still can see what's going on
I measured from the bottom of the neck, and it was 19 inches (give or take a few millimeters). They do stretch amazingly, and all the ones listed are all the same size. Hope this helps!
