New with tags and in perfect condition. Couldn’t find any flaws or defects. The actual paper tag is missing but there is still a plastic tag and the sanitary liner. Although the tag says that they’re a 10 in US sizing they seem more like an 8 or medium to me, when you take into account the waist measurement. Measurements: Waist: 28in
