hi @erinpoz! it's not completely open but has two layers that overlap - you can kind of see in the second picture!

added new pics @erinpoz 😄 so you can see its split all the way up, but only shows back when you move or with any wind.. maybe a little at the bottom standing still - also not as cropped as I thought so I added another picture of the front on thanks!!
