blackcoyotebout @haidenfamks Absolutely. Right under the sleeve where the flowers stop and the camo starts-small 19 inches, med 20 inches, and large 21 inches across. I sure hope that help. I have this shirt for myself in a med and I get all sorts of compliments. It’s so cute.
