NWT Sagester Igloo Warm Pants sz L Zip up the whole way. Perfect for ice skating. Fleece and very warm. Unfortunately these are a bit too small for me to have full range of motion for teaching kiddos, otherwise I would definitely keep. Hips are approx 20" flat and waist is approx 14" I am 5'5" and these are perfect length for over skates.
