Smocked around the top to keep it in place off the shoulder, gathered in a ruffle at the sleeves. Detachable sash tie at the waist covers the gathered elastic waistband. Flowy skort bottoms. Size medium. Message for measurements. FLAW note: note the photo of the back near the left shoulder where there is a loose stitch.
