NWT Sadie & Sage Striped Lined Skirt Small Elastic Tie Waist This skirt is new with tags and has a lining underneath. It does have a small defect in the fabric on the fact, but I don’t think this would be very noticeable when wearing (see pic). It’s a nice flowy material with a super cute pattern!
