NWT SLNY dressy sheath dress 10

This flowy dress fits closely around the neckline, and then has two layers that are light and breezy and fall to right below your knees. It is great for the person who does not like form fitted clothing. Small areas have been reinforced near seams. (See last photo.) The darker shades in the pictures are closer to the actual color. The small band at the neck has faux pearls, diamonds, and beads. Great for a beach wedding or a summer dinner out.
