gigiroejoe @slk1202 Approximately (I am not a seamstress, lol) 9.5” waist (elastic) and 12.5” drop from top of band to bottom of solid skirt lace adds about 1”-1.5” this is laid flat with no pulling. I hope this helps. If you could let me know weather this is closer to a size 6 or 7, that would be great Incase I get any further inquires.
