NWT Ruffled Sleeveless Blouse

Beige with two tone brown spots like a panther print with gold thread accents. Flowy style. This was not worn. I did notice some discoloration at the bottom of arm holes. Fabric is light and delicate. There is a beige lining and 3 gold accent buttons. Bought this from a boutique shop.
