NWT- Rue21 shorts

Brand new never worn route 21 shorts. These shorts have a material that is on the thinner side, fringe bottom, but these are high rise shorts. I have never worn these shorts, they are too small for me. I love these, however, because they do have a very stretchy material. Very cute addition to your summer closet.
