Ruby Rd. Hibiscus Top with front zipper closure. It is light weight and very pretty! The sleeves are 3/4 and it has a ruffle of same material at the bottom that gently flares out. Material is 69% rayon and 37% polyester. Bright pink, soft pink, green and white. Size 16 P but fits like a size 12 P
