@vintagebubble the dress has smocking on the back so it can stretch between about 26 and 32 inches.

@mtaurus without stretching the waist at all, it is 26 inches, but the elastic smocking in the back means that it can fit larger sizes up to about 32 inches.

@ibyler there’s smocking in the back, so the bust accommodates a range of measurements with 36-37 inches as probably the largest. The skirt is slightly A line, so it also fits a range of sizes with 39 inches probably being the largest.
