kelleyspillson @carrielrainey I can confirm that this Amelia runs true to size. I agree that some of the elegant collection runs small, but this dress does not. It's a true medium, and pretty stretchy. I can provide the waist measurement soon.

kelleyspillson @carrielrainey The waist of the dress measures 14" across. My waist is 28.5" and it fit nicely. It wasn't loose, but I definitely had some room/stretch. Hope that's helpful!
