5starbelle @jrizzi05 the waist measured flat is about 14", hip 17". They do have a good amount of stretch and recovery so if you prefer not to be skin tight, size 4 could work for you.

jrizzi05 @belleurbshot Got you... I measured my 26 size jeans flat and waist is 13" and hip 16" so it looks like this might be a bit big one me... I do like them fitted :)
