Target’s newest collaboration collection with Rhode. Beautiful bright blue and white eyelet mini dress. NWT, size large. Square neckline, scoop back, length of the dress is 36 inches. As with most of their collaboration collections, they are super hard to find. Love the color and style of this dress, wish the cut worked for me.
