tnginny @taralynnbye this life jacket is made by Northwest River Supply company. they make products for whitewater professionals. the quality is not cheap. I have used NRS products while paddling professionally and for fun for the last 20 years. Its not a Walmart brand. Its a specialty item and it typically retails for $45.
