NWT Rare Editions sequined dress, size 7

NWT Rare Editions sequined dress with rainbow tulle skirt, size 7. This dress has all the sparkle! It has an iridescent sequined bodice and glittery tulle skirt. This dress is in new condition with tags attached. There is some pulling on the ribbon waist tie in the back and I’m not sure how that happened. It’s not really noticeable when the bow is tied.
