NWT Rare Disney Goofy Bike Horn

I'm downsizing my collection! New with tags and still attached to the original packaging. Disney's Goofy bicycle horn. I purchased this myself and then placed it directly into my collection storage. Has not been displayed or placed with. Does have a manufacturer mark on his head and nose. No other marks or stains. Please see all photos for measurements and condition.
