NWT Radiant White and Navy Blue Pleated Skirt

This gorgeous pure white and navy pleated skirt is brand new with tags. The skirt is in perfect condition and practically glows white it is so clean and bright. The waist is elastic in the back and smooth white fabric on the front. There is a zipper on the left side for easy on & off. Perfect white pleats encircle the whole skirt both front and back. This lovely skirt is great for both/either a sporting event or an adorable outfit. The tags say s size 10 (medium) but, fits more like a S or XS.
