sahm2882 @vika1584 hi sorry for the late response. Shoulders are 16 inches. Semi pit to pit is 18 but the front is a wrap around dress so that measurement is adjustable. Sleeve length is 25 inches. The overall length is 50 inches. It’s a tiered dress. The tag does not say where it’s been altered
