The dress is new, the tag is still attached, and it retailed for $235. It is a modal/spandex blend. Deep V-neck, shirring at the bust and shoulders, and a banded waist. There is a hidden side zipper. 41 inches long 34 inch bust 26 inches at the empire waistline, just under the bust 50 inch hips
