NWT Rachel Orange, spring dress size large

NWT this is a beautiful orange dress and it’s new with tags. It has a lighter orange liner underneath which I do show a picture of the sleeves are like cap sleeves but the ruffles lay over the shoulder. I haven’t tried it on but I do believe that it falls towards that shoulder so it’s like beautiful at the top where it shows just enough skin but not too much it’s not low-cut it’s more flow than fitting. It’s a beautiful dress it’s perfect for spring really and summer which we do need to get ready for you can always make me a reasonable offer or if you need measurements just let me know and thank you so much for looking at my closet.
