New, never worn. The fabric is semi sheer with non-sheer shapes all over it. The front has an extra layer almost like a cape for a fun detail. Also has a black/metallic silver looking trim on the edge of the slit on the front. 3/4th length sleeves. Great for all seasons. Extremely stretchy and flattering fit.
