New with tags and never worn out. Size medium but fits a little more on the snug side so probably good for S or M. Cute paisley print dress. Short sleeves and button-up front with a v-neck. Tie detail on the back so you can adjust as needed. Perfect for casual outings in summer. So cute but just a little too snug for me!
