larissa_mac Hi! I am usually a true size 4 but saw reviews online that it may fit tight. Would you say it fits true to size or tighter?

katyb123123 @larissa_mac I added 2 more photos with measurements. Waist is 13” flat which seems spot on for a true size 4 being 26” and because the back of the waist band is elastic, they stretch to about 15”. Rise is 11”
